Bay of Fires – From a long unbroken cheese-making lineage, dating back to the 1600’s in England, Cheese Maker Ian Fowler has established a boutique cheese making facility in St Helens, on Tasmania’s North East Coast. Produced from high quality grass-fed cows Bay of Fires cloth bound cheddar, and semi-hard has a distinct identity or provenance.
