In our first offering for the year we bring to you the best our island state has to give. From our newest artisan maker in the Coal Valley we have perfectly ripe camembert, rustic blue and a wonderful ashed log. From the Fowlers in NE Tasmania we see a wonderful expression of pasture in their semi hard cheese. To accompany this, cold pressed honey infused with truffles grown in the frosty soils of the Tamar valley, fresh walnut flesh from groves in Richmond, a rare small batch cider made of quinces and a wonderful cherry condiment handmade with love in Middleton.
