Description
The small jars are deceptive. All you need is a teency dab of this explosive paste that I have dubbed, ‘the next Sriracha.’ Fermented on the southern island of Kyushu from local green yuzu peels, green chiles, and Japanese sea salt. Adds a bright citrusy-salty note to mild soups or sauces. Fantastic stirred into mayonnaise or olive oil vinaigrettes.
