Piparras are small semi-sweet peppers from the Basque Country of Spain. These slender yellow-green peppers are sometimes known as Guindillas la Vasca. Packed in vinegar, they’re a tangy, slightly sweet treat with just a mild hint of spice. They’re reminiscent of the taste of banana peppers with a fuller, richer flavor.
