MoVida’s Yellowfin Tuna is part of Movida’s collaboration with Real Conservas. They were first attracted to Real Conservas by the passion and dedication of one employee, Inagi. The great grandson of the brand’s founder, Inagi runs a pharmacy in Cambados, but is still responsible for selecting Real Conservas’ incredible seafood. Three times a week at 3am, he visits the local ports and fishing wharves to purchase the freshest produce straight from the boats. The seafood goes straight off to be processed the same day, and Inagi heads off to the pharmacy. He doesn’t do these morning runs for money, but because Real Conservas is part of his heritage and because he loves what the brand stands for. When they met Inagi, they knew they had to work with him and the MoVida product collaboration does just that: each piece of Yellow Fin in these tins was individually chosen, in the early hours, by Inagi.
