
Heat non-stick frypan until smoking
Marinate tuna for 15-20 minute, then drain before rolling in sesame seeds.
Place tuna into the frypan & turn down a little, be careful not to burn the sesame seeds, approx 1 minute on each edge.
Remove pan form the heat & rest for 10 minutes and then slice. Tuna should still be rare in the centre.
Place into boiling water until tender (approximately 5 minutes)
Cool in ice bath (for about 5 minutes.
Drain noodles and place in a bowl.
Toss with dressing and check for seasoning. Divide into bowls and top with slices of tuna and then garnish with spring onion and roasted sesame seeds.
